ppjl Terms & Conditions — Legal Agreement Governing Use of Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with ppjl, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppjl, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use ppjl services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on ppjl platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, errors, or delays in service;
• Viruses, malware, or other harmful code transmitted through ppjl services;
• Loss of winnings, account balance, or other financial losses arising from your use of ppjl services.

ppjl's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ppjl services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppjl account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is less.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ppjl, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to ppjl services;
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or property rights;
• Any claim that your use of ppjl services caused damage to a third party.

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of ppjl services.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to ppjl services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
